In 2002 he graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of Lomonosov Moscow State University.Professional experience
Journalist, photographer.He headed Russian editorial staff of National Geographic Traveler for eight years, and published a lot of reports and articles regarding travel industry.
He worked in Public Administration in Sevastopol for three recent years. He headed the Travel Department in the regional administration and the Travel Development Center. He created and launched an adventure travel project 'Greater Sevastopol Trail'.
He was responsible for amendments to the federal legislation in the field of natural and recreational activities.
He is currently the Travel Expert of the All-Russia National Front.
He heads the Association for the Development of National Pathways of Russia.
He is a member of the Russian Geographical Society.
