Irina has more than 12 years of experience in oil and gas consulting, focusing on strategy, operational improvements and organizational development. She worked with largest Russian and several international major oil companies on project in Russia, Central Asia and Europe
Irina performed projects in the areas of digital transformation, strategy, performance impromevement and innovation management focusing on topics of realizing full organizational potential in multifunctional and multidisciplinary teams.
Before joining PwC she provided headed oil and gas practice of The Boston Consulting Group in CIS for 7 years. Prior to that she worked in private equity and strategy practice of Bain&Co in Paris and was project manager in internal audit of United Technologies Corporation in London and Hartford, CT.

Diploma in Mathematical methods in economics from St. Petersburg State University
