Образование

В 1997 году окончил с отличием Московский авиационный институт по специальности «инженер-экономист».
В 2004 году получил степень Executive MBA в швейцарской Business School Lausanne с отличием (Magna Cum Laude), став по успеваемости лучшим учеником программы Executive MBA за всю историю школы.

Профессиональный опыт

С 1994 по 1995 год был президентом локального отделения МАИ международной некоммерчеcкой организации AIESEC.
С 1994 по 1999 год работал в российском офисе компании Procter & Gamble, в отделе маркетинга.
В 2000 году был переведен в европейскую штаб-квартиру компании Procter & Gamble в Швейцарии и назначен руководителем дивизиона продуктов питания и напитков в регионе СЕЕМЕА. В 2002 году получил повышение до директорского уровня.
В 2003 году был назначен вице-президентом по стратегии и развитию бизнеса в индустриальном холдинге «Каскол».
В 2005 году руководил проектом разработки мастер-плана развития аэропорта Шереметьево до 2020 года, который лег в основу развития аэропорта в последующие годы.
В августе 2005 года перешел на позицию директора по стратегии и развитию бизнеса в корпорацию «Русские машины» холдинга «Базовый элемент», где отвечал за разработку стратегии холдинга и дочерних компаний, работу комитетов по стратегии при советах директоров дочерних компаний, а также провел несколько сделок слияний и поглощений.
В 2010 году был назначен генеральным директором ОАО «Русские машины».
С 2012 года в дополнение к основным обязанностям возглавил «РМ-Терекс» – совместное предприятие «Русских машин» с американской корпорацией Terex.
В 2014 году возглавил представительство холдинга Arkley Capital, управляющего активами Группы ЧТПЗ. Внес существенный вклад в развитие Группы ЧТПЗ в областях корпоративного управления, разработки стратегии развития, внедрения философии «белой металлургии», а также сокращения затрат и улучшения финансового состояния группы.
С 2016 года по настоящее время занимается развитием собственных/партнерских бизнесов, из которых можно выделить международную инвестиционную компанию «Генезис Холдинг», инвестирующую в серию промышленных предприятий, а также технологические стартапы в России и за рубежом и финансовый бутик «СП Капитал», предоставляющий услуги реструктуризации бизнесов, M&A, привлечения финансирования и развития экспорта. В последнее время фокус в инвестировании сместился на инфраструктурные блокчейн проекты.

Education

In 1997, he graduated with honors from the Moscow Aviation Institute in the specialty Engineer‑Economist.
In 2004 he received the Executive MBA degree in the Swiss Business School Lausanne with honors (Magna Cum Laude), becoming the best student of the Executive MBA program in the entire history of the school.

Professional experience

From 1994 to 1995, he was the president of the local branch of the Moscow Aviation Institute, the international non-profit organization AIESEC.
From 1994 to 1999, he worked in the Russian office of Procter&Gamble Company, in the marketing department.
In 2000, he was transferred to the European headquarters of Procter&Gamble in Switzerland and appointed head of the food and beverage division in the CEEMEA region. In 2002, he was promoted to directorship.
In 2003, he was appointed Vice President of Strategy and Business Development in the Kaskol Industrial Holding.
In 2005, he managed the development project of the master plan for the development of Sheremetyevo Airport until 2020, which formed the basis for the development of the airport in subsequent years.
In August 2005, he moved to the position of Director for Strategy and Business Development at Russian Machines Corporation of Basic Element Holding, where he was responsible for developing the strategy of the holding and its subsidiaries, the work of strategy committees under the boards of directors of subsidiaries, and also conducted several transactions mergers and acquisitions.
In 2010, he was appointed Director General of JSC Russian Machines.
Since 2012, in addition to the main responsibilities, he has headed RM-Terex that is a joint venture of Russian Machines and Terex American corporation.
In 2014, he headed the representative office of the holding company Arkley Capital, which manages the assets of ChelPipe Group. He made a significant contribution to the development of the ChelPipe Group in the areas of corporate governance, formulation of a development strategy, implementation of the white metallurgy philosophy as well as cost reduction and improvement of the financial condition of the group.
From 2016 to the present, he has been developing his own/partner businesses from which it is possible to distinguish the international investment company Genesis Holding that invests in a series of industrial enterprises as well as technological start-ups in Russia and abroad and the financial boutique SP Capital which provides services of business restructuring, M&A, attracting finance and export development.
