Since early 90s he has occupied managing positions at Russian and international companies, working on the system integration and consulting market in Russia and CIS countries.
He is founder or co-owner of several successful projects in the area of creation of new hi-tech businesses, amongst which are: catalogue and searching system Aport, non-commercial Russian Public Centre of Internet Technologies (ROCIT), company- software solutions developer, one of the leaders on the Russian market of system integration, V6 Technologies.
He had carried out more than 10 profitable projects in the sphere of mergers and acquisitions in Russia, Kazakhstan, Great Britain and Czech Republic. He is experienced in managing projects on restructuring large business subjects, including projects on preparation of a business for sale or for entry into a stock market.

He has been regularly obtaining a highest rating in the following catalogues: “Who is who in Russian computer business: 100 most influential persons” (Dator Publishers, 1994 – 1998), Top-profi, Fast awards, and iTop100 (1999-2005).
Candidate of technical sciences, he completed the course “Managing the value of corporations” in the Business school of University of Antwerp, trained in the business school of Duke University, North Carolina.
