Professional background
After graduation from university, he began proactively performing the research and teaching work.
From 1989 to 2002 – Krasnoyarsk State University and Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University.
In 2002 at the invitation of the Strategic Developments Centre of the Krasnoyarsk Territory headed the Political and Legal Research Laboratory in the Centre. He collaborated as expert and adviser with a number of regional Russian and foreign strategic Centres, including the Centre for Strategic Research “North-West” Foundation. He was engaged in some regional development and national industrial policy projects.
From 2004 to 2006 – Scientific Supervisor, Centre for Strategic Research “North-West” Foundation.
From 2006 to date – Director, Centre for Strategic Research “North-West” Foundation.
Since 6 August 2012 – Member, Expert Council under the RF Government.
Since 26 September 2012 – Chairman, Public Council under the Federal Tariff Service of Russia.
